You will need:
- 3 long thin peppers (yellow, red, green)
- 100 g Feta goat’s cheese
- 50 g Full Cream Cottage cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 spoons of chopped chives
- salt
How to make it?
Wash and dry the peppers, trim the ends Peel the garlic and mash with salt
Mash the Feta cheese and the cottage cheese with fork and stir in the mashed garlic adding salt to taste
Add the chopped chives
Fill each pepper with the mixture and put in the freezer for one hour
To serve – thinly slice the pepper and arrange on a plate
